Introduction

This is the Pedipole. The height of the bar is adjustable in 7 levels. By using the foot support, you can align your body symmetrically around the scaffolding while exercising, thus moving in a balanced way.

6 Spring Rings: The 6 spring rings attached to the horizontal bar allow you to move the spring position according to your body and movements.
